Processing, Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

Orders will be processed with in 7 business days from the receipt of order (excludes weekends & public holidays).  We do endeavor to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but in some circumstances, the full 7 days may be required. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled. As we ship from Brisbane, Queensland, we follow any Queensland public holidays.

 

Transit Time

Lecky Studio uses Australia Post for both domestic and international orders. Once your order is dispatched, the time it spends in transit is the responsibility of Australia Post, and Lecky Studio has no control on how long it takes. Delivery times are an estimate provided to us by Australia Post and are subject to change.  Slightly longer delivery times can be experienced during peak periods such as Christmas, extreme weather or due to other delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Domestic shipping is a flat fee of $9 for orders under $99. Any orders over $99 is free. Lecky Studio uses Express Post so your order arrives as quickly as possible. Depending on your location, transit time is generally between 1 to 4 business days.  Please be aware that Express Post does not speed up order processing time, Express Post refers to shipping transit time only. International Shipping

International shipping prices are based on the weight of your order. Lecky Studio appreciates that international shipping is expensive and we minimise the cost as much as possible. We are constantly monitoring shipping fees and adjust accordingly. There are two shipping options available - Standard International and Express International. Both have email/SMS tracking and Express has signature on delivery.  International orders over $245 AUD ship free by Standard International. Please find a guide below, listed in Australian dollars.

Customs Taxes

International shipping does not include overseas duties, customs or import charges which can apply to some countries. These will be the responsibility of the you, the purchaser. Duties and taxes are based on the total value of the goods plus the true cost of shipping. Different countries have different thresholds, if you are unsure we recommend visiting your local government customs website. Lecky Studio cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred.
